unsalted butter
just in case anyone wanted to know, unsalted butter is nasty. it is really gross. for some reason, we got a lot of unsalted butter, and so now we're stuck with it for a while. :P it is really gross, because it has almost no taste, and when you put it on a bagel or something, it doesn't add to the flavor, it just makes it taste soggy (i don't like soggy food). so, it's not a very good food. if anyone likes unsalted butter, let me know, and you can have it!! yea, sorry, that was really random...

My family never gets salted butter. I wish we did, but we don't. I barely have even ever tasted salted butter. The unsalted stuff isn't too bad.... maybe that's just because I've lived with it for 13 years :).

Unsalted butter is often called for in cookie recipes, so I suggest that you make tons and tons of cookies to use it up nicely!

ummm, i guess at my house, if i can find a recipe (sp?) that calls for unsalted butter...ha! i feel very sorry for you eric!
