soccer!!

last week (or 2 weeks ago), i got a letter from the lca girls soccer people (a.k.a. the captains and coaches) with a conditioning schedule for a week (you're supposed to do it every week to get ready for soccer in the fall). it's pretty intense, they have you doing 60 push ups and 120 sit ups 4 times a week!! i started it on thursday (oopps, i was supposed to start monday!), and my arms are still sore from those push ups...gotta do 60 more today, though!! :) on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday, they have exercises for you to do with the push ups and sit ups. then on wednesdays and saturdays, you're supposed to go for a 1-2 mile run. this is going to be an interesting summer!! i hope to get a lot stronger, and maybe, just maybe make it to the varsity team (who knows, though!)!! i've e-mailed the captains and both of them seem really nice!! so, if you all could just pray for strength for me, that would be awesome! school next year will be really different, seeing i've been hsed almost all my life. thanks everyone! :)
