Indoor Tournament

Last Saturday, Dad, Ashlee and I left Deep Freeze to go to our indoor tournament. We only played one game. :( It was sudden death, so if you lost, that was it. We lost 1-0. :( I think we all played really well, though!! The games were a lot shorter than regular games, so if we had had more time, I'm sure we would have won!! This ends our indoor soccer session playing for the string a travel team. :( I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot, too!! Next session, (which starts this Saturday) we'll be playing with people from our regular team, and two girls who are not on our team, Katelyn and Hannah. It should be a great learning experience for everyone, and a fun time, too! Stay tuned for more info once we play the games!!!

i got glasses yesterday. i can't see things far away...what is that, near or far sightedness?? i have no idea! i get them mixed up all the time!! lol! i don't have to wear my glasses all the time, though, phew!!

Deep Freeze

This weekend (Feb. 9-11), our youth group went to Camp Berea for a youth retreat called Deep Freeze!! It was awesome!! We had so much fun!! We went Friday night, and camp home about an hour ago! It was so much fun!! I'm running on about 5 1/2 hours of sleep right now, so bear with me!! Yesterday, I was running on about 4 1/2 hours of sleep!! I had so much fun, it was awesome, and everyone should go to Camp, because it rocks!! The speaker was Dwight Knight, and the band was 7 miles. Dwight was an amazing speaker! He is awesome! The band was called 7 miles. They were great, too!! The music was pretty loud, but not quite as loud as DecembeRadio!! I took a lot of movies of them, and I took a lot of pictures in general! The weekend was absolutely awesome, with a lot of stories to tell, and a couple, lets just say, interesting situations!! All in all it was a great weekend!! I love my friends!! newspaper route!!

Ashlee, Naomi and I got our own paper route!! It's been pretty fun! We don't have to go far, we have our street, the street next to us, and the condos across the street from us!! It's been going pretty well, there's only 28 houses on our route, so it's not too big! We just started Sunday, so we're pretty new at it!! On the weekends, we have to get up early to deliver the papers, because they have to be delivered by 7:30am. On the weekdays, they have to be delivered by 5 pm, so that's not too bad! The one bad thing about it is how cold it's been! It's been really, really, really cold out!! Every time we come back our faces, feet and hands are mostly numb!! It's chilling! lol! It a fun thing to do, though, and we're earning some money, too, so it's all good!! :D

"training"

lol! im not sure if i can even call what i do for soccer training (that's why it's in quotation marks!!). usually, i try to run on our treadmill at least 3 times a week, but that doesn't usually happen, usually it's more like 2 days a week. :P oopps. i really should do it more! most of the time, i run 1.5-2 miles. the fastest i usually go its from 6.5-7.5 mph. it can be pretty tiring!! lol!! usually i do that in about 20 minutes. my record mile is in 10 minutes and 30 seconds. it's o.k., i guess!! i've been trying to do crunches, lunge thingies and push-ups (on my knees, because i can't do them full length :/ ) every day, but i'm still working on that!! lol!! so, that's basically what my "training" is, who knows how much like real training it is, but it's what i'm doing!!

8th Indoor Soccer Game

O.K., so last Saturday, we had our 8th (and last ]: ) regular indoor soccer game for this session. We won!! YEA!! GO US!! lol! The score was 5-2!! We played on the old turf, so I got to use my Sambas!! Next Saturday, we have a tournament, and we also have Deep Freeze from Friday to Sunday, so we're going to go to Deep Freeze, then we're going to drive back for our tournament, then we're going to drive back to camp, and we'll probably get back at around 10:30!! Fun, fun, huh?! Last year Deep Freeze was a lot of fun!! We played soccer at 11:30 pm with about 40 people!! It was awesome!! There wasn't any snow, but the ground was really soggy, and my socks and shoes got all brown and stiff!! It was crazy, but a lot of fun!!

REAL LIVE SNOW

WE GOT REALLY REAL LIVE SNOW LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!! WWWOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just incase you couldn't tell, I'm extremely excited!!! I love snow SO much, and this is the first REAL snow we've gotten this winter!! I hope it stays a very long time!! I still haven't been able to make a snow man yet. Probably today, though!! YEA!!!
