"training"

lol! im not sure if i can even call what i do for soccer training (that's why it's in quotation marks!!). usually, i try to run on our treadmill at least 3 times a week, but that doesn't usually happen, usually it's more like 2 days a week. :P oopps. i really should do it more! most of the time, i run 1.5-2 miles. the fastest i usually go its from 6.5-7.5 mph. it can be pretty tiring!! lol!! usually i do that in about 20 minutes. my record mile is in 10 minutes and 30 seconds. it's o.k., i guess!! i've been trying to do crunches, lunge thingies and push-ups (on my knees, because i can't do them full length :/ ) every day, but i'm still working on that!! lol!! so, that's basically what my "training" is, who knows how much like real training it is, but it's what i'm doing!!

we should train together because i want to become a runner (lol) and i try to tredmill but i can only do like .5 miles and it takes me 15 min cuz i have to keep changing my pace! lol one time i drank water b4 i ran...haha ooops
